The History of Pendrich
Established in 1971, Pendrich Height Services Limited has earned a long-established pedigree in at-height services - it was Pendrich who were given the privilege of being the first steeplejack company to work on York Minster. The Company quickly moved on and, subsequently, developed a vast level of experience working on Scotland’s historic buildings. More recently, the Company was awarded the title of Preferred High Level works contractor for the Scottish Parliament due to our level of expertise and demonstration of safety and quality of work. Also, by holding the record of designing and erecting the largest free-standing, self-supporting scaffold in Europe on the Barclay Spire, this led onto further work within other industries.
Pendrich Height Services Limited are now the preferred height specialists for the majority of major oil, chemical, power, steel and industrial sites in the UK. With a wide range of specialist access solutions including a demolition tool for the safe piecemeal dismantling of concrete chimneys, structural design and construction of specialist access systems to cooling towers and innovations to access needs, Pendrich were awarded ‘Safest Operational Company In Rotterdam’ by oil giant, Esso.
